Austin Becker, PhD, is a strategic advisor focused on maritime systems, infrastructure resilience, and enterprise risk governance. He brings applied experience in coastal risk analysis, interdependent infrastructure planning, emergency management structures, and decision-support system design.

In parallel with his advisory work, he serves as a tenured faculty member and department chair in Marine Affairs at the University of Rhode Island.
